What can I expect from a Senior Yoga Private Session, Couples Session or Yoga Party?
Your yogi will arrive 15 minutes early to prepare a serene and inviting space for you and/or your group. After understanding your individual or group's specific needs and any necessary adjustments, you will be guided through a customized yoga session designed to enhance your collective awareness. This session will include postures, breath techniques, and meditative practices. Following the session, we’ll have time for a Q&A to address any questions you may have.
How long is the session and how should I prepare?
For private one-on-one and couples yoga sessions, we'll spend 90 minutes together and for small and large yoga parties, we’ll spend 2 hours together for a meaningful and uplifting session. To ensure everyone gets the most out of it, please encourage you and/or your group to come having eaten lightly, rested well, stayed hydrated, and maintained good hygiene. Remember to bring a water bottle; we will provide all materials.
